Exchange within 7 days of purchase with original invoice and price tag(12:00PM-6:00PM)

Exchange of altered damaged and or used products are not allowed.
Exchange of discounted merchandise is permitted only during the offer period.
Lingerie and undergarments can be exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
A credit note will be issued for all payments made by credit and debit cards, gift vouchers, and mobile wallets. Credit notes should be redeemed within 7 days from the date of issue only at the issuing store.
Winter items, undergarments, and accessories will not be exchanged.
Footwear change of style will not be allowed under any circumtances.
